Please complete the registration form and bring it to our onsite registration desk in San Diego. The regstration desk is on the second floor of the Manchester Grand Hyatt and open during these times:
Saturday, September 21 - 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday, September 22 - 7 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Monday, September 23 - 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
Tuesday, September 24 - 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
Wednesday, September 25 - 7 a.m.-12 p.m.

Student Registration

Students and recent graduates from accredited educational institutions may be eligible to attend our conference for a special student rate. Students should complete the registration process and include a letter with your area of study, anticipated graduation date, and the reason for attending the conference. Students who are affiliated with an organization that is a Council member should register through the organization.

Registration Cancellations

Substitutions are welcome and can be made at any time. The deadline for full refunds, minus a $150 administrative fee, is July 20, 2013. No refunds will be available after that date. All requests must be submitted via e-mail at or via fax at 1-866-914-8107.
