Each of the following packages provides a long list of benefits—complimentary registrations, advertisements in the final program, signage, and other related assets.

Technology Tools: $50,000

Keep attendees informed, connected, and charged up by sponsoring vital technology services throughout the conference. These high-value tools include wireless Internet access in all common spaces of Resource Central for the duration of the conference; power stations featuring your company's logo to allow attendees to recharge laptops, cell phones, and other devices at convenient locations throughout the conference venue; and customized flash drives to enable attendees to store valuable conference materials and notes. This pocket-size tool with your logo makes a lasting and useful conference takeaway.

Signature Networking Event: $25,000

You hear it all the time – it's all about relationships. The signature networking event at the Annual Conference attracts more than 800 attendees eager to meet and build connections with their peers. As the sponsor of the main conference networking event, you will associate your organization with the casual, yet compelling conversations that only happen in a relaxed setting. Facilitate an opportunity for a wide umbrella of professionals to connect, share best practices and shape the future of philanthropy.

Sustainability Sponsorship: $20,000

Reduce the carbon footprint of the 2011 Annual Conference by spearheading our sustainability efforts. Eliminating disposable water bottles, sourcing sustainable foods, reducing paper, channeling waste more effectively, eliminating or sourcing recycled-material tote bags – these are all efforts to reduce our collective environmental impact.

Program Track - Next Gen: $20,000

Associate your organization with the energy and enthusiasm of the next generation's emerging leaders. Sponsor the series of sessions targeted for the next generation of emerging leaders, which includes Fiscal and Financial Management for Emerging Leaders, Speed Mentoring for Career Professionals, Adaptive Leadership for Emerging Leaders. You can also increase your exposure in the NextGen Lounge and host an optional off-site reception for the 40-and-under crowd (for an additional $5,000).

Program Track - Global: $20,000

Global Philanthropy is about reach. It is the act of doing good across borders and serves the public by facilitating responsible and effective grantmaking for international purposes. Supporters of global philanthropy are deemed as an essential part of a strengthened civil society around the world. In the role of the global sponsor, you will support this end and broaden your access to a special group of conference attendees. In addition to the Global Dinner and Reception, your company will present concurrent sessions including: Philanthropy Without Borders on the Global Giving Stage; 2020 Vision: the future of international development, and philanthropy's role within it, and Philanthropy in China: The Real Thing?

Program Track – Media and Information: $20,000

In this age of philanthropy 2.0 where social media is transforming the way foundations tell their story, there is a greater emphasis on developing that unique story that will move people to action. As the media and information sponsor, you will bring Foundations what they need most - new communications practices and tools to help their story make an impression in a highly competitive marketplace. You will bring them a plenary session: In Decline or Just Shifting: The News Media and Philanthropy, and concurrent sessions including: Digital Age Giving: How Technology Affects Everything--and what You can Do About It, Maximizing Social Media for Impact and Fund a Film, Change the World.

Program Track – Leadership: $20,000

Supporting today's leaders is an integral component for any foundation and as a sponsor for the leadership program track you will come before key decision-makers. Get in front of CEOs and trustees- the attendees with their finger on the pulse of what their foundation needs. There is room at the top for you to demonstrate what your company and services can do to increase a foundation's productivity and their bottom line. You will bring them dynamic offerings including the pre-conference CEO/Trustee Workshop – Leadership in a (Permanent) Crisis, and additional sessions such as Leadership and Professional Competencies for the Savvy CEO of the 21st Century, Why Aren't Boards More Diverse, CEO Speed Dating, and Recruiting and Retaining Senior Leadership Talent.

Plenary Sponsor: $15,000 ($12,500, if combined with Diamond exhibitor package)

On-Site Event Sponsor: $5,000 ($3,500, if combined with any exhibitor package)

Session Sponsor: $2,500 ($1,500, if combined with any exhibitor package)

  • Priority in selecting exhibit booth location, immediately after diamond exhibitors

Supporting Exhibitor Package: $3,000 – 2 conference attendees

Tote bags: $7,500

Show your support with a tote bag featuring your logo cobranded with the Council on Foundations logo for all conference attendees.

Attendee badge lanyards: $2,500
